Prefilled list of organization

In order to improve the harmonization of the metadata, we would like to add a controlled list of organisations for the Funding agency, Project management entities, Experiment leads, and eventually the Personnel affiliation boxes.
Instead of the current drop-down list, we could have a search box with the list of organisations and ''Other''.

You may use the controlled list of organisations from the CGIAR called CLARISA. here is the json file

• List only the organisations' name and acronyms (ex: Centro International de la Papa, Wageningen University and Research Centre, WUR, CIP,)

• Keep the choice ''Other'' and the ability to type a name
