Add Wireless Interface Terminal

Describe the feature
The Wireless Interface Terminal can be opened from anywhere, not needing to be in front of the ME Interface Terminal.

Reasons why it should be considered
After designing a pattern template with the Wireless Pattern Terminal, you would typically need to go to the ME Interface Terminal or the ME Interface to place the template. However, with a Wireless Interface Terminal, you are not required to go to the ME Interface Terminal or the ME Interface to place the template.
