CI/distribution plot not lining up with data

With my data the CI/distribution plot is not lining up with the data. I believe this may have to do with the fact that I am including a linebreak in my group IDs (idx = c("HET\nHFFC", "KO\nHFFC") for plotting purposes. If I remove the enforced line break the plot lines up.

So this may be an edge-case that is not worth fixing.
