Emby iOS 2.2.5
有按钮，但是没有弹幕，试了几部番都这样，点搜索等按钮也无法弹出窗口

和调用的播放插件有关，对于纯浏览器套壳的客户端可以生效，其它的需要再加支持

我在使用Jellyfin的iOS版本时也是一样的表现，修改服务端文件后能显示按钮不显示弹幕。
调试后发现是在danmakuParser函数中fontSize计算出错，移动端的尺寸和电脑端不太一样，把脚本中的这个值设置成常数18后解决。
你可以在Emby中试试
