cell class has no Ploidy options

Current implementation has only one "chromosome" string and is thus Haploid. It may be worth introducing more options. I will probably need to re-read the wikipedia page on Ploidy to remember the terminology here, but there are benefits to other chromosome configurations. (like recessive traits)
