Currently /usr/share/plegger/plegger-webapp does not start on boot.

debian/plegger.webapp.service does not seem to be installed.

Would be interested to see why the debhelper fails to enable/install this service. Are both of the service unit files present in the target OS? I do not recall seeing anything interesting in the dpkg install log.

I think files of the name debian/packagename.service get installed by default, in this case with two files we may need to use explicit entries in debian/install
