Edge switchover reconnection issue when image of Netapp is not preloaded to the edge.

When edge switchover is requested in an edge where image is not preloaded/pre-chached the pod will be in creating stage, while the container is creating, because of big size, i need to switch back to previous edge but connection from relay is lost and cannot longer consume network application, however the netwok application in original edge is created successfuly.
