Create the tutorial and terraform configuration that will deploy the Middleware with all supporting services in the local Kubernetes cluster.
This tutorial should include step-by-step instructions how to prepare environment, deploy the infrastructure and run the Middleware

Related to #269, but we should not only provide Terraform Script but also manual instructions and configuration files.
