As a non-profit
When I click on a button to sign up as a non-profit
I am redirected to the non-profit create page
With a form with:
name of rep,
email of rep,
city,
and state fields.

When I click on Submit
If the required fields are filled out
I am redirected to the non_profit landing page

If the required fields are not filled out
I am redirected to the non-profit create page
