As a visitor
When I select to sign up as a developer
I am redirected to the dev show page
There is a link to an edit page where the user can add Github and linkedin.
The button redirects to the edit developer page.
There is a form with
GitHub
and LinkedIn fields

When I click on Submit

If the required fields are filled out
I am redirected to the dev landing page
