I'm following along with this guide https://medium.com/4everland/deploy-your-sns-ipfs-website-on-4everland-in-3-minutes-cb828cf8ca4 which mentions all new users get 4GB of free storage, but when I tried to deploy a new project, I got an insufficient resources error.
