There are a number of refactorings that are necessary. Release 2.0 intends to target the following:

  1. Function as a GitHub App
  2. Enable support for OpenLDAP
  3. Enable support for Active Directory
  4. Enable nested team/group support (Nested Group Support #21)
  5. Enable dry-run options (Dryrun Support #22)
  6. Enable circuit-breaker thresholds ("Circuit Breaker" threshold  #23)
  7. Enable support for mapping to email addresses (Email address #11)
  8. Enable mapping teams to LDAP groups by name (Add support for a mapping file #3)
  9. Scheduled team sync
  10. Manual team mapping
  11. Migrate LDAP settings from settings.yml into the .env file
  12. Open issue on failure or on reaching threshold (Open issue on failure or exceeding threshold #36)
  13. Add issue templates
