Define the MVP's UI

We want a low fidelity wireframe of what we're going to build so engineering conversations are directed. Before creating it, we should accumulate a list of what features our MVP should have.

@shalbert94 I also added a few extra items to the list for our possible MVP. I think the list is looking pretty good.

I added a couple of minor points to the Info about the conference section.. But yes overall the list looks good!
