Option for portable install

There should be an option to use cascade as a portable install, i.e. store config file, logs, etc. in the same folder as the executable, instead of in THUG Pro/.cascade.

This could be achieved by setting an environment variable on the host machine, or by automatically detecting whether cascade files are found in the THUG Pro/.cascade directory or in the cwd.
