Post Statuses seen w/plain HTML

Describe the bug

When a WooCommerce Bookings plugin is active, we get some new post statuses which are seen w/plan span tags in Tools > ClassifAI > Language Processing > Classification.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Make sure WooCommerce Bookings plugin is active.
2. Go to Tools > ClassifAI > Language Processing > Classification.
3. See the post statuses w/ plain HTML tags.

Either remove them if these are not suitable for classification or update the escaping so that plain tags are not visible.
