Crowell just showed me his group chats on Telegram where you can have group-wide repositories of stickers and anyone can just drop one in. I'm using my ludicrously expensive international data to submit this issue that we should do this purely out of spite.

What does a sticker comprise of?

A sticker is a small image, maybe like 150x150 pixels

This is extremely important and must be implemented as a core feature above all else. Like, before we do networking. It's that important.
